Autumn Flora Dress

I'm in LOVE!  Now this is a dress you can seriously fall for. This Long sleeve floral dress with its smocked waistband and functional back neck tie is just beautiful, flowy and flirty. I am also a fan of the stretchy waistband which enhances ones figure.  The vendor say "Fit is true to size". "If between sizes and not busty, size down".  I disagree, I feel this dress runs on the big size and the bust area has quite a bit of room.  If I was getting one of these, I would be sizing down 2 sizes though i am more slender and not busty up top.
